Starting with the plunging of the sawing unit automatically into the panel, the machine will cut horizontally or vertically. The machine is supplied standard with a frequency inverter for variable speed. The sawing unit will remain in hold position at the end of the machine or, if interrupted will return to its starting position. This allows ergonomic cutting of the panels , without the need for the operator to control the unit manually. The automatic mode can be deactivated in order to cut small work pieces manually. The semi-automatic vertical panel saws are designed for power and stability to increase productivity and durability. Harwi offers two models: the OrcaMatic 1850 and the OrcaMatic 2150. Both machines can be equipped with optional equipment and extra’s to fulfil customer specifications.
